The inspection of construction quality is an essential task to ensure the quality of construction works
Construction quality inspection (hereafter referred to as inspection) is an activity that involves examining and determining the quality of a construction product, structure component, or construction work in comparison to design requirements and standards. This is accomplished through testing, combined with visual examination and assessment of its current state.
Construction quality inspection is a crucial phase aimed at ensuring the quality of a construction project before its utilization, guaranteeing safety for both the public and the project owner. During the assessment process, it examines ongoing construction or newly completed projects if there are doubts about their quality, or when issues arise during usage. Additionally, this inspection addresses various needs of the owner, such as maintenance, upkeep, renovations, installation of solar panels, and upgrading infrastructure. Consequently, construction quality inspection is profoundly significant in construction activities, serving as a diagnostic check to assess the health of the structure and fulfill diverse user requirements
