- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Always adhere to the regulations, standards, and building codes of Vietnam and conduct inspections according to the agreed-upon inspection outline for the quality of the construction project.
- Ensuring Adequate Operational Capability: Always commit to the capabilities of organizations and individuals conducting construction inspections as per current regulations. Based on Articles 75 and 97 of the Conditions for Construction Inspection and the Capacity Conditions of Construction Inspection Organizations in Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP dated March 3, 2021, inspection units need recognition of inspection capabilities by the Ministry of Construction for both organizations and individuals engaged in inspection work. - Reporting Inspection Results and Feedback: The inspection report conducted by ICCI is carried out by qualified experts according to legal provisions and with sufficient legal grounds, standards, regulations, and the stated requirements. - Feedback and Technical Advisory Support: Advising on additional solutions needed to reinforce the structural strength of the project (if applicable). Upon discovering any issues regarding quality, ICCI will provide detailed feedback and proposals for adjustments or preliminary repair plans to improve the quality of the construction project.
- Adherence to Schedule: Commitment to completing tasks and submitting construction inspection reports in the agreed-upon quantity and within the specified time frame.
- Personnel Conducting Inspections: Commitment to appoint representatives with sufficient authority and capability to present and defend relevant perspectives regarding the project's inspection work.
