Scope of work of construction supervision consulting:

- Review and check the design documents: The consulting supervision unit (TVGS) reviews the design documents and technical instructions that have been approved by the Owner (CĐT) and compares them with the actual construction site. This will propose to the representative of CĐT the solution to handle the outstanding issues in the design process to be in line with the actual construction conditions at the construction site.

- Review and check the construction design documents: The TVGS unit will review the construction design documents and the organization plan for the construction of all the items of the project, based on the bidding documents and approve the construction drawings and organization plans to submit to CĐT for approval.

- Draft the implementation plan for construction supervision consulting: Based on the design documents and technical instructions that have been approved in the bidding documents, the processes, regulations, and current standards of the Law. The TVGS unit proceeds to draft the implementation plan for quality supervision during the construction of the project.

- Inspect and supervise during the construction of the items of the project: During the construction, TVGS must inspect and accept the construction items including:

- Acceptance of input materials, including: Origin, test certificates, current applicable standards.

- Construction equipment, including: The number and types of equipment on the construction site. Ensure that each type of equipment used is clearly sourced, technical certificates as well as the capacity to complete the work (according to the standards in the design and bidding documents).

- Labor: Check and review the background, skills, and ensure the ability to meet the work of the project.

- Testing: Requires to fully demonstrate the features and properties of the item to be tested.

- Construction quality: TVGS ensures to closely monitor and supervise all stages of the construction process of the project, ensuring that the project is constructed with the right quality and progress. Propose effective construction methods to help save construction costs and shorten construction time.

- Supervise the implementation of regulations on occupational safety management in construction . Ensure safety measures for adjacent works, construction monitoring work.

- Manage construction costs, track and summarize the situation of price fluctuations of construction materials to timely inform CĐT for adjustment of the project accordingly.

- Prepare reports weekly, monthly and a summary report of the project after completion.

- Confirm the as-built drawings.

- Check, evaluate the quality and carry out the acceptance work for each item, each stage on the project until the acceptance of the completion and put the project into use.

- Organize re-inspection when in doubt about the quality of the project.

- Chair the resolution of difficulties between the relevant parties.
