1. Preparation stage:

- Confirm the documents for the supervision work (provided by the owner):

+ Approved construction technical design

+ Construction volume estimate table

+ List of types, quality of materials and equipment used for the project (approved by the owner and the design unit)

+ Overall and detailed construction progress table of the contractor

+ Organization chart of the construction site and the contractor's equipment and construction equipment

-  Check the list, specifications, types of materials and equipment used for the project.

- Check the conditions and measures for occupational safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention and fighting.

2. Construction stage:

- Regularly monitor and supervise the contractor's construction and installation work in accordance with the approved design, the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract between the owner and the contractor. Check the progress, construction methods of the contractor and the measures to ensure occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, and security of the construction site.

- Check the quality, origin, and type of materials and equipment used in accordance with the agreed conditions.

- Prepare and record the project log for the owner. Instruct the contractor on how to prepare and record the construction log.

- Prepare reports on the volume, quality, progress of construction, occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, and security of the construction site for the owner, and also submit official reports.

- Chair the daily meeting to review the construction work (volume, quality, progress of construction, occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, and security of the construction site). The participants include the consulting supervision and the contractor.

- Attend regular meetings (participants include the owner, consulting supervision, design, and contractor).

- Coordinate with the parties to resolve any issues during construction.

- Draft technical recording forms and participate in the quality acceptance of each work item.

- Disseminate the forms of minutes and participate in the acceptance work between the parties in construction and installation works.

- Confirm the quantity and quality for the purpose of regular payment.

- Check and confirm the additional quantity (if any) after receiving written approval from the owner and the design.

- Prepare reports on accidents and works that do not meet quality standards, and coordinate with the parties to propose solutions.

3. Completion and commissioning stage

- Check and collect relevant documents for the project, including: legal documents, technical documents, quality documents, completion documents, etc.

- Assist the owner in organizing the completion acceptance and commissioning of the project.

- Check and confirm the project settlement documents.

4. Organization of acceptance work

4.1 Acceptance of each part, each item

- Each item of the project will be accepted in parts.

- To accept, it is necessary to prepare as-built drawings and collect all certificates from the State management agency, the results of testing the quality of materials and equipment, etc.

4.2 Acceptance of the project for use

- After the acceptance of each part, a commissioning committee will be organized with the owner, the contractor, and the construction supervision unit.

- After the project is accepted, the owner is allowed to use it.

5. Acceptance documents include:

- Design drawings, contractor's construction drawings, modified drawings (if any), as-built drawings, certificates for all types of materials, minutes of work, stage, completion and commissioning acceptance, report on consulting supervision work and report on completion and commissioning acceptance.

- In addition, before the acceptance of the project for use, the consulting supervision unit requires the contractor to provide the owner with the following certificates: Fire prevention certificate: issued by the Firefighting Police Department, environmental certificate, equipment safety certificate, certificate for connecting infrastructure systems: Water supply, drainage, ...
