Construction estimation verification is the process of checking and determining the correctness and reasonableness of the amount of work, construction unit prices, and construction cost standards in the project budget explanation, which plays an important role and has a great impact on the construction cost of the project.

All construction projects require verification of design and estimation construction, except for single-family homes with less than 3 floors and a total floor area of less than 250 m2 (which can be self-designed and responsible for the safety of the project and neighboring projects).

When is verification of design and estimation construction required?

- Review for project appraisal and construction permit application.

- Review for design appraisal and approval when repairing, renovating a project and changing the design of a construction project.

- Review when it is necessary to re-evaluate the design when there is doubt about the quality of the construction design documents, to control errors and risks in the design process.
