Structural optimization verification

For a long time in Vietnam, when implementing investment projects in construction works, any investor also thinks of saving in construction (saving materials, saving labor, bidding to find cheap prices). But there is still one more thing that investors have not paid attention to or know but do not know where to start, that is the structural optimization review and structural assessment.

Investors may be very frugal in bidding, in purchasing materials, but the amount of excess concrete and steel in the structure is not noticed because everyone thinks the structural designer has calculated and someone else will review it. - The design cost is based on the total budget - which means that the design company does not care about reducing the budget but only hopes to increase the budget then increase the design fee.

- The structural designer is not experienced, has an insecure psychology when calculating, so the reinforcement of steel and concrete means that the safety is too high.

- The cost of design review also depends on the total budget (more budget, more review fee), so the structural reviewer will request the design unit to add if the structure is not enough, such as will not be reduced when the structure is redundant.
