- ICCI will store personal information provided by customers on internal systems during the provision of services until customers request the deletion of the provided information.

ICCI will verify, update, adjust, or delete customers' personal information upon receiving requests for updates or modifications to their personal information after reviewing the evidence provided by the customers.

ICCI commits not to use, transfer, provide, or disclose customers' personal information to third parties without customers' consent, except as stipulated in this regulation or legal provisions.

In the event of a server storing information being hacked, resulting in the loss of customers' personal data, the Management Board is responsible for promptly notifying and collaborating with the authorities to investigate and handle the incident, while also informing the customers about the situation.
