Construction material testing
Construction material testing plays a very important role in the entire construction process - The testing work helps the Investor to accurately assess the quality of raw materials being used in the construction and ensures the quality of each material and equipment that the contractor uses on the site is as per their commitment.
Moreover, the task of testing construction materials also plays an important role in ensuring the safety and quality of the structure during its usage through the process of evaluating and verifying the quality of the construction.

Objective of Construction Material Testing
Construction material testing is carried out to check and evaluate indicators according to current standards and regulations, ensuring quality for incorporation into the construction, and serving as a basis for work acceptance and commissioning.
Construction Material Testing for Changing Functional Use
In reality, structures sometimes require functional changes to meet current usage needs, such as converting an office into a workshop, a residential building into an office, or a residential-office building into a restaurant-hotel, or adding floors. In these cases, ICCI will conduct testing and quality assessment of the construction to answer client questions:
-Is the structural integrity ensured when changing its function or adding floors?
- If not, what are the reinforcement plans needed to ensure safety and load-bearing capacity?
Construction Material Testing to Identify Causes of Structural Issues
Some structures encounter problems like cracking, tilting, or settling during construction or usage. ICCI will conduct tests to answer client questions:
- Why did the structure experience these issues?
- What are the solutions to rectify these problems?
Testing to Resolve Disputes: In case of disputes between the Investor and the Contractor regarding construction quality, ICCI will inspect to answer whether the Contractor has complied with the contract and standards.
